Role Overview

The company is seeking a Candidate Resourcer to support the search, assessment, and onboarding of talented people across the hospitality and food sectors. This is a relationship-driven position that contributes directly to connecting suitable candidates with the right opportunities.

Core Duties

• Create and publish job ads to attract suitable applicants.
• Review CVs and narrow down the candidate pool.
• Carry out initial phone-based interviews.
• Conduct in-person interviews and new starter inductions.
• Assist with candidate placement and onboarding processes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal person has hands-on hospitality background and the ability to spot strong talent. You should be comfortable working in a busy environment and bring a proactive, people-oriented approach.

Required Experience and Skills

• Previous hospitality experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of back-of-house and front-of-house roles.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Strong accuracy, organisation, and follow-through.
• Confidence using computer systems and scheduling platforms.
• Positive energy and a genuine people-first mindset.
