Certification Controller - Quality

Role Overview

An established industrial manufacturing business based in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Certification Controller - Quality to manage and check quality and certification paperwork for its engineered fastening solutions used across industrial markets in the Middle East.

What You’ll Do

• Examine material certificates, test reports, and other quality documents to confirm they are correct and compliant.
• Keep certification files and databases well maintained, complete, and easy to retrieve.
• Make sure all documentation aligns with client expectations and project-specific requirements.
• Prepare certification packs and respond to documentation-related requests when needed.

Required Background

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE, with Abu Dhabi experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of material certification processes and quality assurance systems, including ISO standards.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and document management systems.
