Channel Team Lead

About the Role

Amazon is hiring a Channel Team Lead for its delivery center in Lucknow. The position is focused on managing shift-level operations within the delivery center and supporting the DC manager with performance tracking and execution of the operational plan. The role sits within Amazon’s transportation network, helping maintain smooth delivery flow and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the center manager to keep daily operations running efficiently.
• Oversee the flow of deliveries from the station to the customer’s address.
• Make sure the delivery team has enough capacity to handle peak-period demand.
• Work on ongoing improvements to the delivery process and help raise delivery performance over time.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure tasks move forward with strong ownership and prompt action.
