This is a fully remote Chat Operator opening based in the United Arab Emirates and listed on behalf of a partner organization that handles the application process and all further hiring steps. The role focuses on digital conversation monitoring and AI-assisted interaction quality, with an emphasis on keeping online exchanges accurate, consistent, and user-friendly.

You will spend your day observing live chat activity, supporting conversation flow where needed, and helping improve the quality of automated replies. The work is highly structured, detail-heavy, and best suited to someone who can stay focused for long periods while working in a fast-paced international setting.

Key accountabilities

Keep a close watch on chat conversations throughout long shifts of 8 or more hours to ensure interactions remain smooth and appropriate.
Step in occasionally to improve clarity, tone, or the quality of responses during conversations.
Observe, review, and interpret communication patterns between users and conversational agents or companions.
Evaluate how well AI-supported responses perform and pinpoint both strong points and gaps.
Flag technical issues or content problems in automated messages so the system can be improved over time.
Coordinate requests for supporting materials such as images or videos when they are needed for user interaction.

Candidate profile

Language requirements
