About the Role
The Helier by Oceania is a premium retirement living community in St Heliers, designed to offer residents an elevated lodge-style experience with exceptional surroundings, first-class amenities, and highly personalised service.
As Chauffeur, you will play a key part in supporting residents’ travel needs, with a strong focus on comfort, safety, and attentive service. Working closely with the Concierge and General Manager, you will carry out driving duties for residents and help contribute to a positive daily experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering driving services to residents in a professional and high-quality manner.
- Maintaining resident safety, comfort, and care while travelling.
- Supporting the Concierge and Wellbeing Manager with ideas for engaging resident experiences and activities.
- Continuing to build your skills and contributing to your own professional growth.
What You’ll Need
- A current, full New Zealand driver licence.
- Proven ability to pick up new skills and work effectively with others.
- A strong sense of accountability and genuine care for residents.
- Experience in customer care.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- The ability to stay calm and adapt quickly in urgent or emergency situations.
