Role overview

ABM UK is hiring a Cleaning Operative for Crowngate Shopping Centre in Worcester, England. The position involves providing a consistently high standard of cleaning across client facilities and the wider building environment.

Working pattern and pay

This is a full-time onsite role with shifts running Sunday to Thursday for 40 hours each week. The hourly rate is £12.71.

What you will do

• Carry out cleaning duties in office areas.
• Clean public and customer-facing spaces to a high standard.
• Move across different parts of the site when needed to support operational requirements.

Skills and experience needed

• Previous cleaning experience is helpful, though not essential.
• Strong ability to work independently, plan tasks, and decide priorities.
• Comfortable working both alone and as part of a wider team.
• Friendly attitude and a collaborative approach.
• Awareness of confidentiality and discretion in a busy corporate environment.
