Role Summary
The Cleaning Specialist is a full-time remote position focused on providing consistent, high-standard cleaning across commercial, residential, and short-term rental properties. The job involves thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting assigned spaces such as offices, homes, shared areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and floors in line with company procedures and checklists. Work may also include move-in/move-out cleans, Airbnb turnovers, and property-management cleaning assignments, with an emphasis on preparing properties on time and to standard. The role requires regular remote coordination with supervisors, property managers, and clients, along with updating job progress and reports using digital tools. Success in this position depends on dependability, good time management, independence, and a polished, client-oriented work style.
Key Duties
- Carry out detailed cleaning and sanitization of commercial, residential, and shared spaces.
- Follow company checklists and service standards for each assigned job.
- Handle specialized assignments such as move-in/move-out cleans, Airbnb turnovers, and property management cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all spaces are cleaned and prepared according to schedule.
- Coordinate remotely with supervisors, property managers, and customers.
- Record work updates, job status, and reports through digital or mobile tools.
- Observe safety practices and use eco-friendly cleaning products as directed.
Skills and Experience
The role calls for practical cleaning knowledge across office, home, and property settings, plus the ability to work independently while maintaining consistent quality.
