About the Role
A prominent EFx/FX aggregator is looking for a Client Service Consultant to become a valuable member of their APAC Team. This position requires direct client interaction, a deep understanding of their technical design solutions, and providing support throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
- Analyze and comprehend client technical design solutions.
- Provide comprehensive assistance to clients during the implementation phase.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience with Shell scripting.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java.
- Familiarity with the FIX Protocol.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
