ജോലി വിവരണം
Role overview
Tellos is hiring a Clinical Recruiter to support growth in autism care by building strong hiring pipelines for RBTs and BCBAs. The company focuses on helping BCBA-owned practices operate independently while also giving RBTs better pay, respect, and support. In this role, recruiting is treated as a direct driver of service delivery, because faster hiring means children can begin therapy sooner.
This position is meant for someone who understands ABA recruiting deeply and can identify what quality looks like in both RBT and BCBA candidates. The recruiter serves as one of the first touchpoints for candidates, so warmth, clarity, and a human approach are central to the role.
Experience requirement
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on ABA therapy recruiting experience is required, specifically involving RBT and BCBA hiring. Applicants without ABA recruiting background are asked not to apply.
What you will own
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for RBT and BCBA roles, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and handling offers. Outreach channels may include LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, Facebook groups, and direct prospecting.
- Work closely with BCBAs and operations teams to keep cases staffed, quickly fill schedule gaps, add hours to existing RBT schedules when needed, and reduce delays in therapy access.
- Maintain a clear and current recruiting dashboard with accurate metrics such as candidate stage, time in process, interview activity, offers, and time-to-hire so leadership has immediate visibility without manual follow-up.
What the company is looking for
The ideal recruiter has strong ABA hiring experience, is comfortable using job boards, ATS tools such as Ashby, resume search methods, and outbound sourcing, and communicates well in writing and speaking. The role also calls for a high-ownership, high-output mindset, especially in a fast-changing environment where priorities may shift quickly.
Why this role stands out
Tellos describes itself as a mission-driven, clinician-centered ABA organization with minimal bureaucracy and no private-equity pressure. The recruiter’s work has measurable impact on children receiving therapy, providers growing their careers, and practices scaling sustainably. The company also positions this as a strong growth opportunity with a path that could lead to Senior Recruiter, Recruiting Lead, or Talent Acquisition Manager as the organization expands nationwide.
Working style and expectations
Tellos values speed, ownership, and accountability. The role is best suited to someone who actively sources and closes candidates rather than waiting for applicants, is energized by metrics like interviews, hires, and time-to-fill, and likes building repeatable systems such as templates, sequences, sourcing lists, tagging structures, and dashboards.
Not the right fit if
This role is not intended for someone who prefers only posting jobs and waiting, needs frequent supervision or step-by-step direction, is uncomfortable being measured by results, or wants a slow and highly predictable work environment.
Additional information
Tellos emphasizes that it values people over resumes. Candidates who are excited by the mission but do not meet every requirement are still encouraged to apply.
Compensation
The stated compensation range is $60,000 to $80,000 per year.
