Role overview

This position is part of the Business Development function in KSA and reports to Siddhant Gupta. The role is focused on program management and implementations, with an emphasis on technical operations that help merchants and channel partners get up and running smoothly with Tabby.

You will work at the intersection of multiple teams and help ensure that each merchant is onboarded in the most effective way, from the initial setup through rollout. The work combines technical coordination, operational follow-through, and cross-team collaboration to support a smooth payment experience for merchants and their customers.

Core responsibilities

  • Act as the main operational and technical point of contact between Tabby and partner merchants while working closely with Risk, Integrations, Business Development, and Key Account teams.
  • Coordinate technical onboarding for merchants and channel partners, including documentation, test planning, progress tracking, and making sure activation happens on time.
  • Handle data-enablement activities for merchants by ensuring the right information is collected, checked, and aligned with risk and underwriting needs.
  • Discuss technical requirements with merchants and guide negotiations so that data, integration, and compliance expectations are clearly understood while still supporting commercial goals.
  • Support cross-functional product launches by preparing merchant-facing collateral, assisting with go-to-market execution, and aligning internal teams for smooth delivery.
  • Review merchant performance and integration stability, spot operational issues, and suggest improvements that strengthen the overall merchant journey.
  • Maintain and enhance internal documentation and standard operating procedures so onboarding and partner-success processes remain structured and scalable.
  • Assist the Business Development team in technical conversations with merchants to ensure commercial commitments stay consistent with product and risk capabilities.

Experience and skills needed

The ideal candidate should have around 1 year of experience in Partner Success, Technical Account Management, Fintech Operations, Payments, E-commerce Integrations, SaaS Onboarding, or a related area.

A good level of technical understanding is important, including familiarity with APIs, webhooks, e-commerce platforms, plugins, and payment flows. You should also be comfortable analyzing data, identifying patterns, and troubleshooting issues in integrations or data quality.

Strong communication is essential, especially the ability to explain technical topics in practical terms for non-technical colleagues and external partners. Experience in negotiating technical or data-related requirements with merchants is also valuable, particularly when balancing business needs with what is technically feasible.
