Community Partnerships Manager

Role Overview

The Community Partnerships Manager will contribute to the organisation’s marketing direction and help execute key programmes and fundraising initiatives. This role also supports communications, partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination to advance the charity’s mission.

Community Partnerships

• Work as part of the team responsible for shaping and carrying out the charity’s marketing approach, along with action plans for important programmes and fundraising events.
• Support internal and external communications so that branding remains consistent and all messaging stays in line with the organisation’s overall strategy.
• Build, manage, and strengthen both new and existing corporate community relationships, while planning and delivering programmes and events that increase awareness of the charity’s work and support fundraising.
• Identify, develop, and promote outreach initiatives with beneficiaries, volunteers, donors, corporate partners, community groups, and government bodies where suitable, with the aim of encouraging disability inclusion, showcasing the charity’s services, and generating support for its programmes.
• Where relevant, engage families within the special needs community through meaningful activities organised by the charity.
• Support the planning and coordination of the charity’s annual flagship fundraising and advocacy events.

CSR & Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop and maintain working relationships with corporates, non-profit organisations, community groups, educational institutions, and other external stakeholders.
• Act as the key contact point for partner communications and joint CSR-related initiatives.
• Represent the organisation at CSR events, public forums, and external engagements.

Other Functions

• Help organise volunteer efforts connected to stakeholder activities.
• Stay updated on CSR trends, best practices, and regulatory developments.
• Assist with ESG reporting when needed.
• Contribute to fundraising and CSR-related messaging, organisational reporting, and promotional materials as required.
• Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline and bring 1 to 3 years of experience in related fields or industries. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to provide support, solve problems, and execute tasks effectively are essential. The role also calls for strong multitasking skills and the ability to coordinate smoothly with multiple vendors and departments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.

Experience

1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
