Role overview
Superior Care Group is hiring a Complex Care Coordinator to manage care staffing plans and shift coverage so that carers and nurses reliably attend and deliver support as scheduled each day.
Key duties
- Prepare monthly rotas for complex care clients well ahead of time.
- Keep strong working relationships with care staff, including carers and nurses.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Collect and update staff availability information.
- Communicate with staff and clients in a courteous, professional, and approachable way.
- Take part in the on-call rota.
Candidate profile
- Confident communication skills, both by phone and in writing.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability and quick decision-making.
- Previous experience in the care sector, with coordination experience in domiciliary care or complex care preferred.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK and hold a full UK driving licence.
What’s offered
- Annual salary of £30,000.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with additional on-call duties.
