Role Overview
Reality Marble is hiring full-time content creators in the United States to make short-form videos for its social media platforms. This role is focused on producing content directly for the brand’s own channels as part of an expanding creator team, rather than working on an influencer sponsorship or one-off brand collaboration.
Content Platforms
The content will be created for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop short-form video content that captures attention and drives engagement.
- Appear on camera to showcase products, challenges, skits, trending formats, and original creative ideas.
- Maintain a reliable weekly output of new content.
- Work with the internal team to try new concepts and refine what performs best.
- Contribute to the growth of a leading creator-driven brand in the collectibles and anime space.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who is comfortable performing on camera.
- A clear understanding of what helps short-form videos succeed.
- Prior experience producing content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram Reels.
- The ability to consistently deliver strong, polished videos.
- An interest in building a long-term career in content creation.
- A large follower count is not necessary; the focus is on content quality and audience engagement.
Preferred Background
- Experience or education in film, media, or content creation.
- Prior editing experience with short-form video formats.
- Interest in anime, gaming, collectibles, or pop culture.
- Background in branded content or user-generated content production.
