About the role
Bybit is hiring a Copy Lead to help shape and scale the next stage of its content operation. This is a leadership and systems-focused position rather than a conventional copywriting role. The emphasis is on designing efficient processes, applying AI, and improving how content is planned, reviewed, approved, and delivered across the business.
In this position, you will oversee the complete copy ecosystem for Bybit Global and its regulated entities. You will manage a team of copywriters and copy operations specialists while working closely with the Content Director to modernize the way copy is handled end to end. The objective is to build an AI-enabled content operation that works faster, maintains higher quality, stays consistent with the brand, and reduces manual work.
This role brings together content, operations, artificial intelligence, and process design.
What makes this role unique
You will play a central role in building Bybit's next-generation content operating system. Working with senior leadership, you will help design AI-based copy workflows, develop prompt libraries and AI capabilities, create automated quality checks, and establish scalable frameworks for content operations. The role also focuses on removing production bottlenecks, improving output quality, reducing turnaround time, and creating the operational base for content automation at scale.
This is a chance to influence how a fast-growing crypto company produces content in the AI era.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full copy intake-to-delivery process across Bybit.
- Create scalable systems for request handling and prioritization.
- Improve workflow visibility, efficiency, and the experience for stakeholders.
- Set service levels and operational benchmarks.
- Develop reporting tools to track productivity and turnaround performance.
- Spot workflow blockers and drive continuous process improvements.
- Build and implement AI-supported copy creation workflows.
- Develop prompt structures, AI playbooks, templates, and reusable content assets.
- Assess and roll out tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and future AI solutions.
- Create quality-control mechanisms for content produced with AI.
- Design automation approaches that reduce manual work while preserving quality.
- Collaborate with Product and AI teams to connect internal AI capabilities with content operations.
- Own and refine copy standards and style guidance.
- Maintain consistency across customer-facing touchpoints.
- Support tone-of-voice governance across global and regulated markets.
- Build scalable review and approval processes that work at global scale.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of copywriters and copy operations specialists.
- Define performance expectations and team KPIs.
- Create training programs around AI adoption and operational excellence.
- Encourage a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Work with the Content Director on the long-term content operations roadmap.
- Lead initiatives that improve quality, speed, automation, and scalability.
- Shape the future vision for AI-enabled content creation at Bybit.
- Act as the operational connector between Content, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and AI teams.
Performance expectations
In the first 90 days, the focus is on auditing the existing copy workflow, identifying major inefficiencies, setting up standardized intake and prioritization processes, introducing early AI-driven improvements, and demonstrating measurable gains in turnaround time and stakeholder satisfaction.
Within six months, the goal is to reduce manual involvement significantly, launch AI skills and automation frameworks across the content organization, improve consistency through AI-supported governance, shorten copy turnaround times, and lay the groundwork for a highly automated content production model.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in content operations, editorial operations, content strategy, copy management, marketing operations, or a related area.
- Proven experience leading content teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong history of creating, refining, and scaling operational processes.
- Solid knowledge of content governance, quality assurance, and brand management.
- Experience operating in high-volume content environments.
- Hands-on exposure to AI-driven workflows or direct implementation of AI-based processes.
- Examples may include AI-assisted production systems, prompt engineering, workflow automation, quality assurance systems, process automation, or AI productivity tools.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, workflow automation tools, prompt engineering frameworks, and AI orchestration systems is strongly preferred.
Ideal candidate profile
The right person is a systems builder who thinks beyond writing alone. You should be comfortable designing workflows, scaling operations, improving efficiency, and solving process challenges. You should also be confident leading a team while building the next operating model for content.
The role suits someone who sees AI as an enabler that helps teams work at a much larger scale, and who is excited by the opportunity to create one of the industry’s most advanced AI-driven content operations functions.
