Role Summary
The Contract Administrator serves as the primary contact for compliance-related work tied to Flowserve’s aftermarket platform and performance-based agreements. This role supports leadership, commercial teams, execution, business development, finance, legal, and other internal partners. The person in this position will review contract details, design practical work processes, and help ensure contractual obligations are met by both Flowserve and its customers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business development, execution managers, on-site application engineers, and end-user sales teams to help Flowserve deliver on program commitments.
- Own oversight of the LCA contract and track contract-related actions such as fee changes, discounts, and incentive-based credits.
- Maintain and revise contract profiles, Flowforce, MS Teams, and other records whenever the contract terms or Flowserve personnel change.
- Identify process gaps and introduce better methods that improve efficiency, strengthen execution, and raise compliance across individual contracts.
- Work constructively with other Flowserve teams and contribute to joint initiatives that benefit both the company and the customer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, along with 5–7 years of related experience.
- High attention to detail and the ability to identify contract errors or inconsistencies.
- Proven ability to plan work, organize tasks, and achieve goals.
- Understanding of Flowserve’s customer base.
- Knowledge of Flowserve’s procedures, structure, and operational facilities.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Teams, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions to ensure the right actions are completed.
- Solid commercial awareness and financial understanding.
- Excellent communication skills for sharing information across different levels of the organization.
- Self-driven attitude, willingness to learn, confidence, positive mindset, and strong work ethic.
- Good alignment with Flowserve’s behavioral expectations.
- Background in customer-facing roles such as customer service, sales, planning, or contract administration is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Flowserve business systems is preferred.
