About the Role
Sephora is looking for a Corporate Events Manager to plan and deliver high-impact internal experiences while also supporting larger field and external initiatives across the Americas. In this role, you will shape engaging, polished events that strengthen employee connection, build understanding of the brand, and support alignment across the organization. You will work within a collaborative Events & Design team focused on creating meaningful experiences that reflect the company’s culture and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of small to medium live, virtual, and hybrid events, from initial concept through final wrap-up.
- Independently manage event delivery while also contributing to larger multi-day conference programs.
- Serve as a main contact and advisor for internal stakeholders across the business.
- Coordinate all event operations, including schedules, budgets, registration, travel, hotel arrangements, production, and staffing.
- Identify, negotiate with, contract, and oversee vendors and venues while staying within budget parameters.
- Lead onsite execution, including supervision of event staff, volunteers, and production timelines.
- Make sure each event aligns with Sephora’s brand, culture, and business goals.
- Drive pre-production planning, create run-of-show documents, and facilitate internal alignment sessions.
- Resolve issues quickly during events and take steps to reduce risk before it affects delivery.
- Prepare post-event summaries, including budget closeout, attendance analysis, survey feedback, and key learnings.
- Be available for occasional evening and weekend work depending on event timing.
- Be willing to travel up to 15% of the time.
Requirements
- 5 to 6 years of experience in corporate or agency event production.
- 3 to 4 years of experience managing small to medium conferences from start to finish.
- At least 2 years of experience producing virtual or hybrid events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong project and program management abilities with the capacity to juggle several workstreams at once.
- Solid budget management background across programs ranging from $50K to $1M.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and event management or virtual event platforms.

Compensation
The annual base pay for this position is $117,895 to $131,765. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications, years of relevant experience, specialized skills, education, certifications or licenses, and the geographic location where the work is performed. Employees in this role may also be eligible for bonuses.
