Cost Control Analyst

Role overview

Denison Mines is hiring a Cost Control Analyst to help manage project and operating costs across its uranium development portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Project Controls, this person will play a key part in monitoring budgets, refreshing forecasts, and preparing cost reports that support disciplined execution on capital and operating work.

Contract details

This is a 6-month contract role based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.

The position focuses on maintaining accurate project cost tracking and timely financial reporting in a project-based environment. The analyst will work with data, support decision-making across teams, and contribute to reliable project controls for both capital and operational initiatives.

Required background and capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SAP or another ERP platform.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail when working with data.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.
