Courier

Role overview

This position focuses on collecting and delivering parcels with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, timeliness, and package security. The courier is also expected to support a high standard of customer service while confirming shipment details through scanning and content checks.

Key duties

• Pick up and drop off packages safely, following assigned routes and scheduled delivery windows.
• Check and scan parcel contents to ensure the order is correct at both collection and delivery points.
• Offer professional customer service and make sure parcels are handled and packed securely.
• Escalate delivery problems, damaged items, or address mismatches without delay.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed.

Licence and experience requirements

Applicants must hold at least a Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence and a forklift licence that are valid in Australia. A minimum of one year of professional driving experience is also required.
