About the Role

algorx is looking for a Creative Producer to help shape a distinctive visual identity for a fast-growing healthcare brand in Irvine, California. The role is full-time and on-site. Rather than handling a single creative function, you’ll contribute across the full content and production process, working closely with the founder to define how the brand looks, feels, and shows up across channels.

You’ll help create photography, video, social content, and campaign assets that feel more aligned with premium consumer brands than traditional healthcare marketing. The position is suited to someone who enjoys building a brand from the ground up, influencing creative direction, and documenting both company growth and founder-led storytelling.

Important Role Fit Notes

This is not a role limited to photography, videography, graphic design, or editing alone. It combines all of those areas. The ideal candidate enjoys ideating, shooting, editing, and shaping content strategy, and is comfortable moving between campaign planning, production, and on-the-ground documentation.

Some days will focus on campaign planning. Other days may involve photographing athletes, filming content, or capturing behind-the-scenes moments such as meetings, workouts, and travel. If you prefer to focus on only one part of the creative process, this position is unlikely to be a match.
