This is an opportunity for someone from the creator world to shape that story. The role is ideal for a professional from influencer, creator, or content management who has built an audience or developed talent and wants to apply that craft to a brand making a real difference. You will build Rabot Energy’s creator and social presence from scratch with dedicated budget, creative freedom, and strong team support.
Your mission
You will make Rabot Energy visible across social media and through creator collaborations. Content is central to this role, and you will produce it yourself. You will develop formats for Instagram and YouTube, appear on camera when needed, and independently create videos such as reels, shorts, and long-form content from concept to shooting and editing. You will define content pillars and translate the new brand tone of voice into a visual identity that stands out, rather than just scheduling posts.
Your second focus is the creator and influencer ecosystem. You will identify the right faces, brief them, check quality, and build genuine long-term relationships instead of one-off transactions. You will manage the associated budget independently. You will work closely with the Brand & Content team, report directly to the Head of Marketing, and lead the function with the goal of taking full ownership soon.
What success looks like
Success is measured by outcomes rather than task lists. Expected milestones include:
- By month 3, a clear platform and content strategy is in place, with prioritized channels and formats and a solid rationale behind the choices.
- Content pillars are defined and the brand tone of voice has been translated into a social-first visual style.
- At least two platforms, such as Instagram and YouTube, are publishing content consistently.
- Your first self-produced video formats are live and initial learnings have been captured.
- Your first creator roster has been identified and prioritized, with initial collaborations and productions commissioned.
- By month 6, all target platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook, are actively managed.
- Self-produced video formats run regularly and contribute measurably to reach.
- Two to three creator or influencer partnerships are in operation.
- A reporting framework for reach, engagement, and channel contribution is established and used on an ongoing basis.
- By month 12, Rabot Energy has a clear and distinctive creator and social presence in the German-speaking energy market.
- Organic reach contributes measurably to awareness KPIs.
- A stable creator and influencer network is in place.
- The function has been structurally expanded, for example with a junior team member or a dedicated creator portfolio, and is being led independently.
Who we are looking for
You should come from the creator, influencer, or content space, whether as a creator yourself or through talent, influencer, or content management. You understand what performs on Instagram and YouTube because you have lived it.
You have proven experience in audience building, whether for your own account, a brand, or creators you have managed, with growth from zero to 50,000–100,000+ followers. You understand how audiences are built from the ground up and bring around 3–5 years of experience.
You are platform-native: Instagram and YouTube feel natural to you, and you also know LinkedIn. You make decisions based on data such as insights and social listening, not instinct alone, and you are familiar with content mix, algorithms, format testing, and posting cadence.
You are a strong networker who can brief creators and influencers, check quality, and build authentic relationships. You manage creator and content budgets responsibly.
You are comfortable creating content yourself, especially video. You feel at ease both on and off camera, know how to handle shooting and editing, understand the common tools, and have a strong visual sense. You do not need an agency to make a strong reel, short, or video format.
You are a builder who sees greenfield conditions as an invitation rather than a problem. You can create the playbook yourself, take ownership, and stay clear-headed in ambiguous situations.
You communicate in German at native level, and tone of voice is a tool you use confidently.
Nice to have
An existing creator account with a community, experience in video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere, your own equipment, YouTube experience in long-form or shorts, a background in energy, cleantech, or fintech, basic knowledge of Meta Ads, and experience building a small in-house team such as a junior or working student.
