Role Overview
Risus Talent Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Strategic Account Services team supporting a major client in the manufacturing and distribution sector. This position acts as a main contact for strategic and national account customers and works closely with sales, operations, purchasing, and logistics teams to provide a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Handle customer orders, pricing inquiries, and account-related activity.
- Work with internal teams across several locations to support timely delivery and quick resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain solid customer relationships through clear, proactive communication and assistance.
- Monitor customer concerns and resolve them while keeping service standards high.
- Contribute to strategic account programs and special assignments.
Required Background
- Prior experience in customer service, account management, sales support, customer success, order management, or inside sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort managing several tasks and priorities in a fast-moving setting.
- Hands-on experience using ERP, CRM, or order management platforms.
- Exposure to packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain work is an added advantage.
