Role Overview

InAir is hiring a part-time Customer Success Coordinator for 30 hours per week. The position focuses on protecting and growing client value, supporting retention, and keeping account relationships healthy through proactive engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding activities and administrative work linked to sales operations.
  • Ensure client reports, proposals, and partner-facing deliverables remain accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients through follow-ups, sentiment checks, and planned review conversations to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare account summaries for quarterly business reviews, collect feedback, and document follow-up actions and next steps.
  • Track account health and customer sentiment, spot risks and opportunities early, gather feedback that can be acted on, and share important findings with internal teams.
  • Create, send, and review CSAT surveys to help improve the client experience over time.
  • Build and sustain relationships with Airtable account managers and sales contacts through planned outreach in coordination with Marketing.
  • Support ongoing partner communication to keep goals aligned and strengthen collaboration.
  • Record client interactions, account health details, and partnership outreach accurately in internal systems.
  • Work closely with Delivery, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to represent client needs and support partnership initiatives.
  • Join team syncs to share updates on client sentiment, account status, and partner engagement.
  • Update account health scores, stakeholder maps, communication logs, and account records each month to support visibility, renewal preparation, and proactive account management.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or partner relations, preferably in a technology or SaaS setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and expand relationships with external clients and stakeholders.
  • Comfort using CRM and collaboration platforms such as HubSpot, Slack, and ClickUp.
  • Exposure to data management tools like Airtable will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English at C1 to C2 level.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in leading client check-ins and carrying out partner outreach.
