About the role

This is a hands-on early-career opportunity with meaningful ownership and fully remote flexibility. You will help new customers get started smoothly, stay supported, and reach successful outcomes. In this role, you act as the link between customers, engineering, and sales while guiding implementation projects from kickoff through launch.

What you will do

  • Manage the full customer onboarding journey, keeping each step coordinated and moving forward.
  • Act as the main contact for assigned customers by responding to questions, resolving issues, and keeping them updated.
  • Maintain structure across implementation work by tracking timelines, checklists, and progress updates.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure customer deployments are configured and delivered successfully.
  • Identify signs that a customer is blocked or dissatisfied and intervene early.
  • Contribute to the development of onboarding and support processes as the company grows.
