About the role

Join a fast-scaling AI-led advertising company that is changing how Google Shopping and digital ad campaigns are managed. In this customer success position, you will be central to helping clients achieve strong results with the platform and ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the journey.

What you'll do

  • Support customers from the moment they join, guiding them through the early stages of adoption.
  • Create success plans tailored to each client’s goals and needs.
  • Review campaign performance and identify ways to improve outcomes.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions and training to help customers use the platform effectively.
  • Run regular account check-ins and weekly reviews to track progress.
  • Provide strategic advice and act as the main advocate for the customer.

What we're looking for
