Data Analyst – CRM / Salesforce

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and verify CRM and Salesforce data from different sources.
• Create dashboards and reports that monitor sales, customer activity, and business outcomes.
• Study customer behavior, sales patterns, and operational indicators.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and business teams to support data-led decisions.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data inside CRM systems.
• Share findings and recommendations with stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a closely related discipline.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst working with CRM or Salesforce platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Practical experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and CRM datasets.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Salesforce CRM, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Understanding of CRM analytics, sales reporting, and customer lifecycle management.
• Basic familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience using SQL databases and reporting tools.
• Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or Tableau Desktop Specialist are considered an advantage.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000.
