Data Analyst (Entry / Junior)

Role overview

We are looking for an entry-level Data Analyst who enjoys working with information, spotting patterns, and turning raw data into practical insights. This position is suited to someone who is detail-focused, comfortable with numbers, and eager to contribute to decisions that improve business performance.

What you will do

• Gather data from multiple sources, then clean, structure, and prepare it for analysis.
• Examine datasets to uncover trends, relationships, and useful business insights.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visual presentations that help guide decision-making.
• Track KPIs and other business metrics on an ongoing basis.
• Check data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and analytical expectations.
• Share insights and recommendations in a clear, practical, and easy-to-understand way.
• Contribute to data-led initiatives and improvement projects across the business.

What we are looking for

• A foundational understanding of data analysis, statistics, and reporting.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Python, R, or similar analytical tools is beneficial.
• Good critical thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skills.
• Ability to handle large datasets accurately and efficiently.
• A degree, diploma, or relevant training in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
