Role overview
In this HR Data Analyst position, you will strengthen data-led decision-making within the People function. Your work will center on building scalable analytical models and creating dashboards that improve visibility into workforce patterns. By partnering with HR and business teams, you will turn complex people data into practical insights that support planning, performance, and organizational development.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build advanced data models in Tabular and/or Databricks to support organization-wide HR analytics, including workforce planning, headcount forecasting, retention analysis, and organizational effectiveness.
- Create and maintain advanced Power BI Cloud dashboards that highlight core HR metrics such as hiring, attrition, engagement, and performance, with the goal of delivering timely workforce insights.
- Work with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR Service, and HR Business Partnering to ensure analytics aligns with strategic people and business priorities.
- Analyze people and operational data in depth, identify trends such as attrition factors and hiring funnel performance, monitor variances, and recommend actions for leadership.
- Translate complex HR data into clear, decision-ready stories and insights for HR teams and business leaders.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, HR Analytics, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience working as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, preferably with exposure to HR, people analytics, or workforce-related data.
- Strong expertise in Power BI Cloud, including data modeling and semantic layer optimization in a people analytics environment.
- Practical experience with Databricks, SQL, and Power BI, including the ability to work with large datasets for HR reporting and analysis.
- Experience with HR platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, as well as Jira, will be considered an advantage.
