Data Analyst - Trust

About the Role

Trustpilot is seeking a Data Analyst to support its Trust function in London. This role sits at the center of the company’s efforts to protect platform integrity, strengthen compliance reporting, and help teams make better decisions through data. You will work with internal partners across Trust, Communications, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Investor Relations, and Fraud & Investigations, turning complex data into clear insights, dashboards, and reports.

You’ll act as an internal analytics partner, helping teams answer difficult questions, identify where data can add value, and create reliable reporting that supports governance, auditability, and regulatory obligations. The role uses tools such as BigQuery and Looker, and involves close collaboration across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory and compliance reporting needs.
• Provide high-quality analytics and actionable insights for both planned initiatives and ad hoc requests.
• Create datasets and dashboards that support data integrity, traceability, and audit requirements.
• Select appropriate analytical approaches and tools based on the problem at hand.
• Partner with Communications, Investor Relations, Marketing, Compliance, and Trust teams to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Share and present your analysis to stakeholders across the organization to support informed decision-making.
• Define project scope and maintain clear documentation for your work.
• Improve key reporting processes by standardizing and automating reports while maintaining strong data quality and governance.

Required Experience and Skills

• Strong understanding of reporting best practices and experience turning data into practical insights using BI tools, especially Looker.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders and projects with confidence and accountability.
• Advanced SQL capability, ideally with BigQuery.
• Experience with data modeling and pipeline-building tools such as DBT or similar.
• Working knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytical and statistical approaches such as regression, clustering, and cohort analysis.
• Exposure to Airflow.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
