Data Analyst

About the Role

As a Data Analyst at Jack, you will be instrumental in converting raw data into actionable insights that guide strategic business decisions. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify significant trends, evaluate performance indicators, and influence the company's strategic path through robust data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather, examine, and interpret data to provide support for business strategies.
• Develop and manage interactive dashboards and reports for monitoring critical performance indicators.
• Detect emerging trends, underlying patterns, and potential areas for enhancement.
• Work with diverse teams to establish data requirements and define success metrics.
• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and uniformity of data from various origins.
• Communicate findings in a clear, succinct, and practical manner to all relevant parties.

Qualifications

• Possess at least two years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar domain.
• Demonstrate strong command of SQL and Microsoft Excel; prior experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is expected.
• A background in Python or R programming is advantageous.
• Exhibit strong analytical reasoning capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Possess the skill to articulate complex technical findings to audiences without a technical background.
