About the Role

Join a position sourced through a Haystack partner with a focus on turning operational and commercial data into clear business insight within complex supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine operational and commercial metrics such as transport volumes, cost patterns, and delivery lead times to improve visibility across supply chain activities.
• Translate raw information into easy-to-understand reports and dashboards for both teams and leadership.
• Spot process gaps and improvement opportunities throughout the transport chain by applying structured analysis.
• Contribute to, or take the lead on, digital transformation and process improvement initiatives while supporting evidence-based decision-making.
• Support specialist teams by helping build decisions on a reliable data foundation.

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship/training or a degree in a related field such as business administration, logistics, or business informatics.
• Some professional experience or relevant project exposure in data analysis, controlling, or process management.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to reporting or BI platforms is beneficial.
• Strong analytical mindset with a well-organized, practical, and solution-focused working style.
