Role overview
This position is focused on keeping organizational information accurate, current, and easy to access. The role involves entering and updating records, checking data for errors, and helping maintain clean, reliable databases and systems.
What you will do
- Enter new information into company databases and internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Update existing records and keep data sets aligned across platforms.
- Check information for completeness, correctness, and consistency before submission.
- Carry out routine data validation and make corrections when issues are identified.
- Help sort, scan, and digitize paper files, documents, and records.
- Work with internal teams to collect, retrieve, and share needed information quickly.
- Create simple reports and summaries based on the data handled in daily tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is an advantage.
- Strong focus on accuracy, detail, and efficient time management.
- Fast and reliable typing ability, along with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage confidential information with care and discretion.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, plus strong organizational ability.
