Elgas Limited is hiring a reliable, hands-on delivery driver in Whangamata, New Zealand. The role suits someone with a spotless driving record, at least two years of driving experience, and the ability to operate a manual vehicle.

Working schedule

Work is scheduled from Monday to Friday, with shifts beginning around 6:30 AM and ending no later than 5:00 PM. You should also be prepared to work occasional Saturdays.

Key duties

This position focuses on delivering LPG gas cylinders to residential and commercial customers throughout the region. The job includes direct customer interaction, so you may need to respond to questions and provide basic support during deliveries.

Safety and handling

Because the work involves dangerous goods, a careful approach and a strong commitment to health and safety are essential. The role also requires physical effort, including lifting heavy items while completing deliveries.

The ideal candidate will bring a clean licence, a minimum of two years of driving experience, and prior experience moving goods.
