Role Overview
JnS Education is hiring a full-time, on-site Demand Planning Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on managing student records, monitoring service performance, supporting sales of education services, and guiding prospective students through international education options and admissions processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep student records complete, accurate, and up to date in line with management expectations.
- Carry out evaluations, review outcomes, and share meaningful feedback based on the results.
- Track performance against KPI targets and adjust actions as needed to improve results.
- Report to management on the sale of education services to prospective students.
- Accept assignments from the line manager and submit monthly student conversion figures.
- Assess staff performance and support effective team management.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and secure workplace.
- Respond to student questions and resolve complaints professionally.
- Generate leads and distribute them to appropriate team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students through school visits and social media outreach.
- Advise students on Foundation, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate opportunities across the UK, USA, Canada, Malaysia, and Australia.
- Conduct one-to-one and group counseling sessions to support students with academic and career development.
- Assist students in choosing suitable universities and programs based on their goals and needs.
- Work effectively under target-driven pressure and communicate confidently with students.
- Guide students through university and college application and admission steps.
- Answer inquiries from prospective students and convert those inquiries into sales of education services.
- Follow all reasonable instructions from the employer, management, or the designated supervisor.
- Carry out assigned duties responsibly, diligently, and competently.
- Adhere to the employer’s code of conduct and company policies, and act in the employer’s best interests at all times.
- Do not take up any other business or employment without prior approval from the employer.
Qualifications and Experience
- A graduation or post-graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized institute or university.
- 4 to 5 years of experience as a Senior Education Counsellor or Branch Manager.
- Strong understanding of foreign education systems, especially Cambridge and American curricula.
- Solid knowledge of preparing students for credibility interviews and reviewing Statements of Purpose.
- Up-to-date awareness of student visa processes for the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
- Good understanding of international pathway providers is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong personal computing skills.
- Experience in training and study abroad education.
- Good time management skills.
