- Define the visual direction for event identities, key visuals, motion content and social assets.
- Maintain a consistently high level of craft across all creative output.
- Balance originality with clarity, ensuring the work remains purposeful and easy to understand.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, 3D Designers and Producers to adapt concepts into physical experiences.
- Tailor graphic systems for large builds, stages, signage, wayfinding, screens and digital content.
- Consider how graphics perform across different materials, formats and audiences.
- Contribute early-stage thinking and pitch development.
- Create persuasive visual routes that communicate ideas clearly and help win client confidence.
- Produce presentation visuals that are both ambitious and feasible.
- Improve the quality and impact of the presentations themselves.
- Lead, support and motivate a design team working across several projects.
- Give direct feedback, practical direction and development support to designers.
- Help build a studio culture that values curiosity, craftsmanship and teamwork.
- Work closely with account teams, producers and technical teams to align creative intent with client needs and delivery realities.
- Act as the link between creative ambition, brand requirements and execution on site.
- Oversee projects from early concept through to final artwork.
- Protect consistency across all visual outputs.
- Keep a sharp eye on typography, layout, colour, hierarchy and material use.
- Understand print and digital production workflows.
- Coordinate with suppliers to preserve quality in production and installation.
- Adjust designs proactively when technical or delivery challenges arise.
- Create scalable visual systems that work across environments, content and digital platforms.
- Ensure brand expression remains consistent while still allowing for creative interpretation.
