Key Responsibilities

• Run the dishwashing equipment efficiently.
• Check that rinse and wash temperatures stay within the proper range.
• Replace water when needed and handle dish chemicals correctly during storage and use.
• Arrange and prepare dish racks in an orderly way.
• Take out trash as part of daily cleanup.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Work well with teammates and support a collaborative kitchen environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Team members are paid weekly.
