About the Role

At the Aachen site, PetersMobility is looking for a dispatcher to support its team. In this role, you will coordinate the fleet used for stranded and accident-related customers across the Benelux region and the Aachen-to-Cologne area. The position begins immediately and is offered as a permanent role.

What You Will Do

• Oversee the deployment of the vehicle fleet for recovery and roadside assistance assignments.
• Use Bosch’s modern dispatch software to organize and direct operations vehicles.
• Stay in close contact with clients, customers, and internal colleagues.
• Create duty rosters for driving staff.
• Continuously review and improve work processes.
