Key responsibilities

• Plan daily operations and ensure that waste disposal services are delivered reliably.
• Continuously improve collection routes while balancing legal requirements, customer expectations, and efficient use of drivers and vehicles.
• Serve as the main contact for drivers and customers during day-to-day operations.
• Respond quickly to disruptions such as vehicle breakdowns, driver absences, and urgent disposal requests.
• Record, review, and maintain disposal-related data.
• Handle incoming and outgoing goods processing.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training together with several years of professional experience.
• Experience working in a forwarding or logistics company.
• Structured, solution-focused approach to work.
• Strong service mindset and customer orientation.
• Ability to work well in a team, initiative, and dependability.
• Solid knowledge of common MS Office applications.
