Role overview

This contract remote opportunity is for a Document Reviewer supporting data quality and information handling tasks across both structured and unstructured content. The work is focused on careful review, validation, and privacy-conscious processing of documents.

Compensation and schedule

Pay is set at $63 to $119 per hour. The expected workload is between 10 and 40 hours each week.

Key responsibilities

• Examine large sets of structured and unstructured records to confirm they are accurate and complete.
• Spot data quality problems and highlight any possible privacy concerns related to personally identifiable information (PII).
• Tag, categorize, and remove sensitive content to support privacy and compliance requirements.
• Work strictly within defined instructions, review standards, and classification workflows.
• Carry out quality checks to confirm the integrity of the data and the correctness of outputs.
• Keep thorough review logs so all actions can be traced and audited later.
• Coordinate with the client team and communicate findings and suggestions clearly.

Required background

• Prior hands-on experience in document review, auditing, annotation, redaction, or large-scale data classification.
• Very strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive work.
• Working knowledge of how to handle and protect personally identifiable information (PII).
• Good written and verbal communication skills for documenting observations and sharing updates with the team.
• Comfort following detailed rules, complex instructions, and predefined taxonomies.
• Experience with QA or validation tasks on sizable data sets.
