Overview
An opportunity is available for an experienced Education, Health and Care (EHC) Coordinator to support statutory SEN work within a local authority setting. The role is fully remote and suited to someone who has handled complex caseloads and understands the full EHC process.
Key experience needed
- At least 12 months’ experience in a comparable local authority role, with longer exposure preferred to cover the full case cycle.
- Comfort discussing previous caseloads, statutory duties, and practical involvement in the EHC process.
- Experience managing high-volume caseloads of 250 or more.
- Direct involvement in tribunal work, including preparing and assembling evidence packs.
- Hands-on experience with 20-week EHC assessment work.
- Experience supporting children and young people aged 0–8 and 11–25.
Working arrangement
This is a fully remote position.
