Pax8 is looking for an Event Coordinator in the United States to help create memorable partner experiences for a fast-moving cloud marketplace. This position plays a high-visibility part in how the company is represented in the market, with direct influence on engagement, commercial results, and partner relationships.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute a mix of virtual and in-person events that support regional sales and marketing priorities.
- Own the full event journey, including content planning, audience engagement, communications, promotional items, logistics, and execution at the venue.
- Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and sponsors to ensure events run smoothly.
- Present and host at events in a confident, energetic manner while representing Pax8 and its offerings.
- Investigate new event formats, communities, and opportunities that can broaden market reach.
- Keep improving through feedback, learning, and hands-on development opportunities.
Impact of the role
Your work will help increase partner engagement, support pipeline growth, and strengthen Pax8's brand visibility across the region. Strong event delivery will help partners better understand the value Pax8 brings and build lasting relationships.

Requirements
- Background in coordinating and delivering high-quality events in both virtual and live settings.
- Ability to manage several projects and stakeholders at once while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Well-developed organisation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Comfort using Microsoft tools to create polished presentations and supporting materials.
- Familiarity with webinar and event platforms such as Teams Live, Zoom, or similar tools.
- Clear and engaging communication style, with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.

Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $63,000 to $90,000, with the possibility of earning more based on experience.
