About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Executive Operations Director to steer company operations, advance strategic priorities, and strengthen overall business performance. This leadership position focuses on operational excellence, tighter collaboration across teams, and reliable delivery of key organizational goals.
The right candidate will bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, people leadership, project execution, and operational know-how. You will help connect day-to-day business processes with broader company objectives while supporting long-term growth and sustainable success.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily operations across several business areas.
- Create and roll out operating strategies that improve efficiency and support growth.
- Work closely with executive leaders to define and execute company-wide priorities.
- Spot opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen processes, and lift operational performance.
- Encourage collaboration between departments so business activities stay aligned with company goals.
- Set KPIs and operating metrics to track progress and identify improvement areas.
- Oversee strategic initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
- Review operational data and recommend actions that improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Build and maintain policies, procedures, and operating standards that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Guide change initiatives and foster ongoing process improvement.
- Handle budgeting, resource planning, and operational allocation decisions.
- Coach and grow management teams while promoting accountability, innovation, and teamwork.
- Prepare executive-level reports, business reviews, and performance presentations for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 20 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in operations, business management, or strategic planning.
- A demonstrated history of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational gains.
- Strong capability in analysis, organization, and problem-solving.
- Background handling complex projects and large-scale organizational initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid financial understanding and business judgment.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, changing environment.
- Previous experience supporting executive or C-suite leaders is preferred.
- Exposure to operational excellence methods and process-improvement frameworks is an advantage.
- Experience with business intelligence, performance reporting, and strategic planning is preferred.
- Experience in technology, financial services, consulting, or other high-growth organizations is a plus.
