Position Overview
This role supports two founders at a private equity firm with both personal and administrative coordination. Based in New York, NY, the position focuses on keeping personal, family, household, and travel matters running smoothly across several residences. The right candidate will bring strong judgment, high discretion, and the ability to stay organized in a busy, fast-moving setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and coordinate the founders’ personal calendars so they stay aligned with family and household commitments.
- Handle logistics for multiple homes, including communication with vendors, scheduling deliveries, and tracking household projects.
- Set up and reconfirm appointments, reservations, and errands while paying close attention to accuracy.
- Coordinate personal and family travel from start to finish, including lodging, activities, and transportation.
- Manage private travel logistics, including private jet scheduling and related arrangements.
Experience and Skills
The ideal applicant has extensive experience supporting senior leaders or high-net-worth individuals, particularly in personal assistant or executive assistant roles with a strong personal support component. This position calls for someone who can juggle complex schedules, work with multiple stakeholders, and respond quickly to changing needs. Strong organizational ability, clear communication, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset are essential. Experience with luxury travel, private aviation, household management, and vendor negotiation is highly valued, along with comfort using digital calendars and communication tools.
Education
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this full-time role is $120,000 to $150,000. If eligible under the ACA, medical, dental, and vision coverage may be provided, along with time off in line with local paid sick leave requirements. Additional benefits may include paid holidays, a 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, disability coverage, and an employee assistance program, where applicable. Other forms of pay may also apply, such as overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, or similar incentive-based compensation, depending on eligibility.

This is an onsite position in New York, NY. The role may require flexibility to support family-related schedules, multiple residences, travel coordination, and other personal logistics as needed.
