Role overview

As a Facilities Manager, you will help keep student residences in excellent condition and act as a supportive contact for residents. The role combines practical maintenance work, coordination during move-ins and move-outs, and selected administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the student housing buildings in good shape and support residents as a helpful point of contact.
• Carry out routine site checks, tend to the garden, handle minor repairs, and complete painting tasks as needed.
• Support apartment turnarounds during incoming and outgoing resident moves so units are ready for the next occupants.
• Work through assigned tasks in an organized and structured way.
• Prepare administrative documentation such as service reports and report warranty-related defects.
• Collaborate closely with the property management team and on-site staff while also coordinating with external service providers.
• Bring prior experience as a maintenance worker or technician, a completed manual/technical trade qualification or similar credential, and a valid car driving license.
