Job Overview

This role is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara in Doha, Qatar, within Minor Hotels’ broader international portfolio. The company operates a wide range of hospitality brands across more than 50 countries in regions including Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America.

Role Summary

As an F&B Attendant, you will be a guest-facing hospitality representative, delivering courteous and timely service across food and beverage outlets. Your contribution will directly affect guest satisfaction by helping ensure a polished, comfortable, and efficient dining experience.

Key Duties

You will work closely with colleagues across departments to keep food and beverage operations running smoothly and on time. The role requires solid product knowledge, a service-first approach, and continuous effort to build your hospitality skills.

Guest Service and Standards

You are expected to provide warm, prompt service, maintain a high standard of care in every interaction, and support a positive experience for every guest. Protecting guest privacy is also part of the role.

Workplace Hygiene and Safety

You must help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment at all times while following applicable hospitality standards and practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should already have experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations, enjoy delivering excellent service, work well within a team, and communicate clearly and effectively.
