About the Role

Vserv Capital Services is launching a new premium café venture in the Food & Beverages space, beginning in NCR with plans to scale across India. The role is for the first dedicated team member who will work closely with the promoters to shape the project from the ground up.   • Study the market to understand industry trends, opportunities, and possible challenges in the F&B sector.
  • Carry out site visits, evaluate locations, and negotiate with brokers and property owners.
  • Coordinate with consultants, document their recommendations, and support follow-through on execution.
  • Manage project resources such as staffing, equipment rentals, and inventory during the full project cycle.
  • Maintain compliance with safety requirements and support strong customer satisfaction through clear communication.
