Grant funding: The company helps clients access as much as EUR 15 million in tax-free, non-dilutive funding through public grants.
Debt fundraising: It supports startups in raising venture debt through its network, process guidance, and document preparation.
FundedOS: Its proprietary SaaS platform centralizes consulting workflows and also works as a self-serve solution for clients who want to manage non-dilutive fundraising independently.

Role overview
As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will work closely with the Founders Associate and the founder to help shape internal operations and go-to-market efforts across multiple business areas.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of people operations, from hiring strategy through to the signing stage, and keep improving the process over time.
- Support marketing work by helping define strategic goals and executing marketing activities.
- Manage accounting- and finance-related tasks, including records and invoice handling.
- Improve sales operations, including pipeline management and CRM processes.
Requirements
- Native-level German language ability is required.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree is expected, preferably in business, finance, or a closely related area.
- Applicants should have completed at least one internship or working-student role in a relevant field such as consulting, banking, an investment firm, or a VC-backed venture.
