This position is responsible for making sure the US business direction stays closely connected to global goals. The role supports top-line growth, strengthens brand positioning, and drives smooth day-to-day operations across the United States. It calls for strong leadership, clear vision, and the ability to guide local teams while keeping multiple functions aligned.
Core responsibilities
You will coordinate across sales, marketing, customer support, and international teams to keep priorities aligned and execution on track. The role includes tracking key performance indicators, improving operational effectiveness, identifying partnership opportunities that can help scale the business, and supporting both profitability and cost control. You will also contribute to budget planning and forecasting.
Qualifications
A master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in the same role or a related position where that experience was earned.
Required background
Candidates must have proven experience in leading teams to shape business strategy and establish growth frameworks for health-related products within the health technology sector. Experience is also required in building business strategies for growth in that market, supporting fundraising and investor relations initiatives, and leading major cross-functional projects centered on medical strategy, including oversight of medical vertical monitoring, results analysis, and recommendation development.
