Role Overview
This role is for a General Virtual Assistant working remotely. The position is intended for someone who can begin right away and support day-to-day business operations across administration, communication, coordination, and research tasks.

Core Duties
- Keep documents and digital files well arranged and easy to retrieve.

- Research products, source items for purchase, and arrange sample requests.
- Maintain marketing and sales information in a CRM system, including updates and new entries.
- Create invoices or statements, follow up on payments, and log business expenses.
- Collect and summarize public information on market trends, industry standards, and other comparable data for reporting.
- Track projects, support internal communication, and keep company records organized.
- Manage calendars, avoid scheduling conflicts, and help ensure clients are prepared for meetings.
- Arrange travel and logistics such as itineraries, hotel bookings, and rental cars.
- Answer incoming calls, place appointment-related calls, and make information-gathering calls when needed.
- Respond to emails, manage inboxes based on client preferences, follow up on messages, and flag important correspondence.
- Take on other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Applicants should have 6 months to 1 year of experience working as a virtual assistant.

Schedule and Work Arrangement
The schedule follows US working hours and requires 20 to 40 hours per week. The job is fully remote.
Compensation
The posted pay range is PHP 445 to PHP 735 per month. A separate salary package with HMO is also listed as up to PHP 25,500 for entry level candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience, up to PHP 34,000 for intermediate candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience, and up to PHP 39,500 for expert candidates with 5 or more years of experience.
