CAMILLA is looking for an imaginative Graphic Designer to join its internal Creative Studio in Sydney. The role suits someone who enjoys turning brand campaigns into polished visual assets and works well in a busy, collaborative environment.

What you'll do

  • Create and tailor creative materials for major marketing channels such as eDMs, paid digital placements, website banners, homepage graphics, social content and retail collateral.
  • Develop seasonal campaign assets for multiple platforms while keeping brand presentation consistent.
  • Partner with the Senior Designer and Creative Studio Manager to deliver attractive, business-aligned creative work.
  • Set up artwork for print production, including packaging, labels, swing tags, stationery and other branded items.
  • Design retail marketing pieces such as event invitations, in-store signage, e-flyers, wholesale guides and campaign support collateral.
  • Check that artwork is technically correct, ready for print and aligned to supplier requirements when needed.
  • Handle several briefs at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of detail.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, Wholesale and Digital teams to turn concepts into finished assets.
  • Share ideas in creative conversations while working within CAMILLA's established brand guidelines.
  • Help keep the Creative Studio workflow organised by communicating progress early and identifying any schedule risks.

Experience and capabilities

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in graphic or digital design, including internships or work placements.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates refined digital and print design work.
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Interest in fashion, luxury, retail or lifestyle brands, along with an understanding of premium visual storytelling.
  • Good grasp of layout, typography, colour use and composition.
  • Experience preparing artwork for both digital and print outputs.
  • Exposure to video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects will be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational ability and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative setting.
  • A team-oriented approach, clear communication skills and openness to learning from senior creatives.
