ജോലി വിവരണം

Role overview

This is a full-time Graphic Designer position based in the Luton area, with a hybrid working setup. You will create polished marketing and sales collateral for one of the UK’s leading wine specialists, helping present a premium, engaging brand image across both print and digital channels.

The business works with many of the UK’s leading on-trade and off-trade customers and has a portfolio of more than 1,600 wines sourced globally. It has been recognised multiple times by industry awards and is part of Coterie Holdings. The company also places emphasis on people development, inclusion, and sustainability.

Main purpose of the role

Your core responsibility will be to design and produce high-quality sales and marketing materials in both printed and digital formats. The role supports the Marketing and Portfolio teams by creating visual assets that strengthen the company’s image and its suppliers’ presence with external audiences. You will also work closely with Sales teams to produce creative content for hospitality and wine retail customers that helps them connect more effectively with their own audiences and grow their businesses.

What you will do

  • Create and update a broad range of print and digital creative assets.
  • Design customer wine lists, brochures, publications, marketing collateral, and training materials.
  • Produce social media graphics and other assets that support digital growth.
  • Develop event materials such as invitations, tasting books, and signage.
  • Create point-of-sale materials for customer use.
  • Edit short-form video content when needed.
  • Provide creative support for the company website.

Performance expectations

  • Respond to briefs with suitable creative direction and, where useful, offer several design options.
  • Deliver work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations around timelines and delivery.
  • Work collaboratively and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Keep a commercial mindset when approaching creative work.

Skills and experience

You should have prior design experience and be comfortable creating work for both print and digital use. Strong technical ability in Adobe Creative Cloud is essential, along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A genuine interest in wine knowledge is welcome, though not required.

Company culture and additional information

The organisation describes its values as Partnership, Positivity, Passion, Pride, and Progression. You can expect a friendly, supportive, and collaborative team environment with opportunities to grow and develop.

The company is committed to equal opportunity and welcomes applications regardless of gender, age, race, disability, marital status, religion or belief, or sexual orientation. It also encourages people to request reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process and to include their pronouns if they wish.

Application deadline

Applications close on 10 July 2026, although the role may be closed earlier if a suitable candidate is found.

Application method

Applicants are asked to submit an up-to-date CV by email.
